How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United States. International shipping is determined by the weight of the order.
What currency does the store use?
All prices are USD. If your bank or card provider issues payment in another currency, it will be converted to the USD equivalent.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged for the full amount of your order once you finish the checkout process.
Can I insure my package in case it gets damaged or lost?
Yes, we are happy to offer Route Plus for insurance against damaged or lost packages. This insurance can be added to your order at a very affordable cost. If anything happens with your package, such as it being damaged in transit, lost, or stolen, Route Plus will refund the value of your items. We highly recommend this service for all customers. Without insurance on your package, it is highly unlikely that shipping carriers will reimburse for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
I ordered multiple items that have different ship dates. When will my order ship?
An order containing multiple items will ship once all items in the order are available. If you'd like to avoid waiting until your items that have a later ship date become available, please place separate orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it ships?
I made a mistake with my address. What happens now?
If we are updated with a correct address before your item ships then we will gladly correct for you. However, if you package ships and the address you provided us with is inaccurate, then we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you to get a correct address. The buyer will be liable for any new shipping costs as a result of re-shipping the package.
What is the policy on exchanges/returns?
Being as how each item we sell is limited and not sold again at a later date, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not keep extra stock on hand of items that we have sold in the past. All sales are final.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
What is the policy on duties & taxes for international orders?
Merch Limited is not responsible for extra fees that your country may charge once your package arrives. We do what we can to avoid these fees but they are ultimately up to the discretion of the customs office of each country and therefore out of our hands. The cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
