When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged for the full amount of your order once you finish the checkout process.

How long will it take to get my order?
I made a mistake with my address. What happens now?
If we are updated with a correct address before your item ships then we will gladly correct for you. However, if you package ships and the address you provided us with is inaccurate, then we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us by USPS. Once we receive it, we will contact you to get a correct address and ship it on out to you at no further charge because we all make mistakes and shouldn't get taxed for it, right?
What is the policy on exchanges/returns?
Being how each item we sell is limited and not sold again at a later date, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not keep extra stock on hand of items that we have sold in the past.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
What is the policy on duties & taxes for international orders?
Merch Limited is not responsible for extra fees that your country may charge once your package arrives. We do what we can to avoid these fees but they are ultimately up to the discretion of the customs office of each country and therefore out of our hands. The cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you have permission/licensing to create these items?
Yes. All the items we run are made 100% in collaboration with the bands and with their permission.
